State Senator Neil Anderson (R-Andalusia) has commended the U.S. Supreme Court’s unanimous decision to overturn activist judges' rulings regarding the removal of Donald Trump from the Colorado state ballot. The 9-0 ruling by the Supreme Court not only reversed the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision but also nullified a similar ruling by a Cook County Judge.

In response to the Supreme Court’s decision, Senator Anderson stated, "The U.S. Supreme Court’s unanimous decision in this case is a resounding rebuke of activist judges’ attempts to strip citizens of our state and nation of their right to choose their elected officials. I applaud the Court’s commitment to upholding our nation’s sacred foundations of democracy."
