Motion to approve a Facade Improvement Grant for GWK-Pegasus of up to $9,235.53.

13.4. Variance Application: Burn Permit for 811 S. Stewart Street

Motion to approve the variance application for 811 S Stewart to conduct a burn on the A zoned land.

13.5. Conditional Use Permit in R-2: Hammond Henry Hospital

Motion to approve a conditional use permit for Hammond Henry Hospital to construct a hospital accessory building and parking lot, as recommended by the Plan Commission, on the lots commonly known as 203 & 204 Melvin Lane in Geneseo, with all ingress/egress points coming from HHH's current parking lot, to the south of the proposed development.
