a. Consider new money request of $1,500 to line item 001-25-10991.12 for Rock Island Arsenal Armed Forces Day Sponsorship

b. Consider temporary reassignment of Engineering Tech III to Interim County Engineer at the RICO Highway Department

c. Consider entering into an Agreement with Hutchison for county Engineering Services

d. Consider Utility Agreement Vero Fiber Optic Networks LLC

10. Consider Chairman’s Appointments o Workforce Development Board:

Appointment: Brandy Goettsch. Non-Voting Liaison Member. Term to Expire 9/30/25.

o Rock Island County Board of Review

Re-Appointment: Deborah A. Connes-Hines. Term to Expire 5/31/26.

o Coyne Center Sanitary District Board

Re-Appointment: Oliver Becker. Term to Expire 5/30/25.

Re-Appointment: Catherine LeMaire. Term to Expire 5/30/27.

11. The County Board may enter in Closed Session for the following:

o 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

o 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) – Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.

o 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (11) – Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probably or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
