Finance & Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes

Chairman Dr. Luis Moreno called the Finance & Personnel Committee meeting to order at 8:32am

2. Roll Call: Dr. Moreno, Bob Perkins, Edna Sowards, Dr. Rodney Simmer, Brian Vyncke

Absent: Kai Swanson

Also Present: Dora Villareal, Jim Grafton, April Palmer, Nick Camlin, Capt. Mindy Meyers, Tammy Weikert, Bridget Edgewater, Jim Nelson, Jared VanTieghem

3. Approval of minutes from the June 11th Finance & Personnel Committee meeting

4. Reports to the Committee

County Finance Director Ryan Berger gave a report to the Finance Committee

County Treasurer Nick Camlin gave a report on Fund Balances and Interest received to the Committee

County Auditor April Palmer informed the Finance & Personnel Committee that her report is running a little late this month due to the Holiday. County Auditor Palmer also reported to the Committee that the Audit has been filed on time and that they are moving on to the Forrest Preserve Audit.

5. Consider secure parking for County vehicles

Committee Chair Moreno asked what some of the vandalism had been. Chairman Brunk answered that some vehicles had been broken into and a couple of catalytic converters had been stolen.
