City of Geneseo Plan Commission met Aug. 19.

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the board at this time.

Motion to approve the 07/22/24 minutes as presented.

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS

5.1. Open the Public Hearing - Building Permit Recommendation for Miller Real Estate Holdings - New Construction in the Highway Corridor Overlay District

Motion to open public hearing.

5.2. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING

Motion to close the public hearing.

5.3. Open Public Hearing - Conditional use permit for the construction of a duplex on property located at 433 East South Street.

Motion to open the public hearing.

5.4. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING

Motion to close the public hearing.

6. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)

6.1. Recommendation of a Building Permit in the Highway Corridor Overlay District - Miller Real Estate Holdings Storage Facility

Motion to recommend to City Council approval of an HCOD Building Permit for the construction of a 196' x 45' storage facility by Miller Real Estate Holdings at 780 S Chicago Street.

6.2. Conditional Use Permit Approval - Construction of a Duplex Structure on 433 E. South Street

Motion to recommend to City Council the approval of a conditional use permit for the construction of a duplex at 433 E. South Street.

7. ADJOURNMENT
