Call to Order

Park Board President, Bill Abel, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. in the Public Works Conference Room.

Oaths of Office

Oath of office for appointment of Betsy Greenlee to the Moline Parks and Recreation Board for a full 5- year term to expire May 31, 2029.

Oath of office for appointment of Thomas Schwarz to the Moline Parks and Recreation Board for a full 5- year term to expire May 31, 2029.

Public Comment

Scott Raes gave an update on planning for the 2024 Belgian Fest.

Approval of Minutes and Consent Agenda Items

Approval of the Park Board Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2024.

Approval and acceptance of departmental June/July bill payment and departmental June/July revenue, expenditures, capital projects, park reserve and cemetery reports.

Omnibus Vote

Rico Navarro, seconded by Daniel Williams, moved to approve items by omnibus vote. Motion carried with unanimous approval.
