City of Geneseo Plan Commission met Sept. 23.

City Ordinance allows members of the Public to speak and give input up to 3 minutes during Public Comment, there can be no debate or action by the board at this time.
4. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
4.1. Approval of previous Plan Committee Minutes
Motion to approve the 08/19/24 minutes as presented.
5. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)
5.1. Appointment of Chair & Vice Chair
The Chair Role is currently vacant. Steve Catton is currently serving as Vice Chair of the board. If Mr. Catton is approved as Chair, a discussion regarding a new Vice Chair will need to occur.
5.2. Allure PUD Amendment
Motion to recommend to City Council approval of a minor change to the Allure planned unit development via ordinance, approving the new PUD plat drawings.
5.3. Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historical District - 126, 124, 122, & 120 E. 1st Street
Motion to recommend to City Council approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in the Historical District for facade changes to 126, 124, 122, & 120 E. 1st Street.
