City of Moline Board of Fire and Police Commissioners met Nov. 22.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Police Officer Probationary Appointments (Darren Gault, Chief of Police)

Explanation: Winona Kennedy, the number one candidate on the current Police Officer Eligibility Register, has successfully completed her background investigation.

Attachment: No

Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends the probationary appointment of Police Officer Winona Kennedy effective December 9, 2024, contingent upon successful completion of all pre employment requirements.

2. Police Officer Probationary Appointments (Darren Gault, Chief of Police)

Explanation: Treyvon Lee, the number three candidate on the current Police Officer Eligibility Register, has successfully completed his background investigation.

Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends the probationary appointment of Police Officer Treyvon Lee effective December 9, 2024, contingent upon successful completion of all pre employment requirements.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to Section 2.06, 5ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act: The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.
