2024-31-PC: Approval of a resolution granting a Variance to regulations (1)(b), (1)(c), & (1)(d) in Section 35-3408 (h), of the Moline Zoning and Land Development Code (for which the public hearing was held on the 13th of November, 2024) to allow display items in the front and rear required setback areas; and to allow display areas within 10 feet of the parking or circulation area in the “B4” Highway/Intensive Business Zoning District in order to display vehicles for sale at an auto sales business, all on property located on the south side of 46th Ave, approximately 660 feet west of 16th Street, addressed as 1522 46th Ave (PIN 17-17-215-003).
