FOIA Request Sent to Rock Island County Il Clerk Election Division Regarding Upcoming Election Candidates on February 5, 2025

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to the Rock Island County Il Clerk Election Division regarding the upcoming election candidates on February 5, 2025. The request was made by us at Rock Island Today, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.

In our pursuit of transparency and accountability in public institutions, we requested detailed information about all candidates running for office in the upcoming elections. Specifically, we asked for:
