12.1. Facade Improvement Grant Program Application: Local Motive - 126 E 1st Street

Motion to approve the Facade Grant Application for Local Motive, up to $10,000, for the proposed facade upgrades.

12.2. Facade Improvement Grant Program Application: Betcher LLC - 119 E. 2nd Street

Motion to approve the facade improvement grant for Betcher LLC - Lorie Snodras, for the stated facade work at the apartment complex located at 119 E 2nd Street, specifically waiving the preferred uses, Section E(2) of Ordinance O-20-17, for an amount up to $10,000 in reimbursable facade expenses under the program.

13. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

13.1. Approval of City Bills
