The East Moline Committee of the Whole met with the mayor on April 4 to discuss the redevelopment agreement between the city and River Eagle Investments LLC.
The city plans to establish a business district at the property owned by River Eagle Investments.
The Committee of the Whole is a committee of City of East Moline.
