Motion to approve authority as discussed and recommended in closed session for all cases: Mary Palmer vs. Rock Island County Animal Control, Thomas Shoemaker v. Rock Island County Justice Center, and Jennie Johnson v. Hope Creek Care Center: Scott Terry
