Village of Carbon Cliff Public Properties Committee met September 11.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
1. Review latest plan for the Grand Illinois Bike Trail.
2. During the October meeting, we will begin the discussion on FY 2018 Budget Preparations. Please begin thinking of budgetary items (Backhoe replacement, Alleyway repairs, Street Repairs, etc.) Maintenance has been asked to compose a list of items they are requesting. They would be able to attend the October meeting if need be.
3. Monthly Maintenance Comp Time Report – August 2017.
4. Monthly Clerk’s Report – August 2017.
5. New Business / Other.
