Call to Order 9:27 A.M.
Board Members in Attendance: Allen Holdsworth, Molly Kindelsperger, Barb Ruane, Cindy Sanders, Sarah Soliz, Sheryl Steele, and Jim DeWitt
Board Members Absent: None
Staff: None
Motions:
1. Motion to offer Phyllis Myers the position of Director of SPLD with a salary of $40,000, to be accepted by Friday, March 30th, or we will offer the position to Courtney Wright with a salary range of $35,000 to $37,000 by Ruane, Second by DeWitt.
2. Motion to adjourn at 1:50 P.M. by Ruane, Second by DeWitt.
