A. 64-2019-EKR filed 05-16-2019 Report David Levin and Gregg Hampton – more information on this complaint? Should have been settled 10-31-2019. Recommendation last month was that we close the case. No vote was recorede.

VI. NEW BUSINESS/COMPLAINTS

A. 65-2019-PR filed 08-24-2019 – seeking legal advice/filed by someone other than the complainant. Complaint about support animals. Filed by grandmother.

B. 66-2019-KC filed 08-24-2019 – seeking legal advice/filed by someone other than the complainant. /Support animal filed by mother.

C. 67-2019-RLG filed 09-06-2019 – Interview was with mother not complainant, motion to follow the guidelines set forth by legal. (two previous cases) altercation during housing authority appeals process between the two complainants.

D. 68-2019-JLH filed 10-05-2019-letter written by member Peterson Following were tabled last month:

F. Discuss commission requirements including:

1. Attendance benchmark (no show 3 times and out)

2. Number of meeting per year (min of 9 with a schedule of 12)

3. 72 hour cancellation notice if no business.

G. Establish a meeting to discuss rolls and goals and term limits for commission members

H. Discuss recommendation and orientation process for new commissioners.

I. Subpoena powers the pros and cons

J. Current Commission members interview new members before they commit to the commission, for overview and maintain a commitment standard.
