9.1. Discussion of Farmer's Market Agreement
Motion to recommend to City Council to renew the agreement with the Farmer's Market to conclude with the term of the Mayor (no other changes) and to put on the consent agenda.
9.2. Discussion of ordinance O-20-06 pertaining to solicitors, hawkers and peddlerrs
Motion to recommend to the City Council approval of ordinance O- 20-06 and to put on the consent agenda.
9.3. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-13 Regarding health insurance waiver stipend.
Motion to recommend to the City Council Ordinance O-20-13 regarding health insurance waiver stipend and to put on the consent agenda.
9.4. Discussion of Resolution R-20-10 the 2020 - 2027 Capital Improvement Plan.
Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve the Capital Improvement Plan Resolution R-20-10 and to put on the consent agenda.
9.5. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-15 which vacates a portion of 1st Street at Spring Street and Ordinance O-20-16 which vacates a portion of Spring Street and Resolution R-20-11 which accepts a plat of dedication for the 1st Street Right of Way. This will result in the permanent closure of Spring Street at the railroad crossing to accommodate a new train depot and platform which will allow for normal gate operations.
Motion to recommend to City Council to approve Ordinance O-20- 15 which vacates a portion of 1st Street at Spring Street and Ordinance O-20-16 which vacates a portion of Spring Street and Resolution R-20-11 which accepts a plat of dedication for the 1st Street Right of Way and to put on the consent agenda.
9.6. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-17 Revised Facade Improvement Program.
Motion to recommend to the City Council Ordinance O-20-17 Revised Facade Improvement and to put on the consent agenda.
9.7. Discussion of Ordinance O-20-14 Establishing the Rooftops Program which waives certain utility charges for new residential construction.
Motion to recommend Ordinance O-20-14 establishing the Rooftops Program which waives certain utility charges for new residential construction for up to 24 months not to exceed $2500.00 and to put on the consent agenda.
9.8. Purchase of land for storm water drainage.
Motion to recommend to have the Mayor and City Administrator make the agreed upon offer to the seller for purchase of land and if the offer is accepted to move forward with the Ordinance for the City Council meeting on May 12th and to put on the consent agenda.
10. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS
10.1. Approve payment of City and Utility bills.
Motion to approve the bills as presented.
