"WANTED: 1ST DEGREE MURDER. RIPD obtained an arrest warrant for Terrionce C. Kitchen, D.O.B. 05/22/03 for 1st Degree Murder, bond $1 mil. He is a dangerous fugitive, anyone with info on his location or other info, call us @ (309)732-2677 or Crime Stoppers @ (309)762-9500"
