Rock Island County Quad City Intergovernmental Advisory Group met Jan. 25.

Appointed Members present: Steve Regenwether, Darren Hart, Steve Knorrek, and Tracey Sanders all present via Zoom.
Alternate Members present: Mark VanKlaveren and Dave Donovan present via Zoom.
Others Present: Ron Erickson, Dave Kaun, Brian Youngren, John Thompson, Michelle Campbell and Stacey Bollinger, present via Zoom.
Chair Hart called the meeting to order at 2:03 P.M.
Roll call was completed.
Hart called for the approval of the December 13, 2022 meeting minutes. A motion was made by Regenwether and Sanders seconded. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Project Update Discussion – Hart reported that overall things were going well. Several sites in both Illinois and Iowa need to be inspected by True North. Kaun discussed inspection processes and plans once Racom portion is complete. Sanders reported that Phoenix notification is working well. Hart discussed issues on the Illinois side with smaller fire departments and notification.
Migration Plan Update – Hart discussed Rock Island County is fully encrypted. Donavon is working with the FBI and DEA. No migration issues were noted from either county.
System Coverage Testing is completed and ready for review. Donavon reported it will be reviewed at the SECC Board meeting on January 26, 2023.
Hart discussed no issues with BDAs. Donavon reported continued work on the cellular side with some equipment needing to be decommissioned prior to new equipment being installed.
Request for Service Agreement – No updates.
Public comment – None.
Donovan discussed the public portal software and will no longer pursue it.
Hart called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Regenwether moved and Sanders seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:34 P.M. All Ayes. Motion carried.
