Motion to open public hearing for Public input on the recommendation for a zoning re-classification change for the property located at 433 East South Street from R-2 to R-3.

Motion to open the public hearing for public input into the request by Northwest Illinois Holdings LLC for a development permit within the HCOD to build a 28 room memory care addition onto their current building at 620 Olivia Drive.
