City of Geneseo Plan Commission met Sept. 5.

4.1. Approval of previous Plan Committee Minutes
Approval of the 08-21-23 Plan Committee Minutes as presented.
5. PUBLIC HEARING
5.1. Open the Public Hearing
Motion to open the public hearing for public input into Construction Group LTD's application for a significant change to the Condominium Use District located at 19283 Bluff Road, adding 25,144sq of land to the R-3 CUD District from its current zoning classification as Agricultural.
6. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
6.1. Close the Public Hearing
Motion to close the public hearing.
7. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)
7.1. Construction Group LTD has applied to extend their current condominium use district (CUD) by 145' to the south, rezoning the ground from Agriculture to R-3 CUD, for the purposes of constructing an additional condo unit.
Motion to recommend to City Council approval of Construction Group LTD's application to extend the current CUD located at 19283 Bluff Road, by 145' to the south, re-zoning said land from Agriculture to R-3 CUD.
