OLD BUSINESS:
1. Approve Ordinance # 0-23-12 an Ordinance of the City Council of Colona, Henry County Illinois Vacating a Portion of a Street Located within the City of Colona. Must have 3/4 of Council vote to approve.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve Becker & Becker Plumbing, Cory Bullock at 111 Walnut Lane Hours will be 8-4 Monday-Friday. Plumb and HVAC Business.
2. Approve Macey Patterson request for discount of $100.00 for Club House Rental for 501 (3) (C) IOU (9-10 year old) Moline Blackhawk Baseball Team they are a public Charity. She has already paid full amount for Dec. 3rd, 2023 4 hours Holiday Gathering. Rental for 501 (3) (C) IOU (9-10 year old) Moline Blackhawk Baseball Team they are a public Charity. 3. Approve Development Agreement By and Between the City of Colona, Henry County, Illinois and Glazed Doughnuts & Coffee, LLC. and to authorize the Mayor to Execute the Agreement.
4. Approve Ordinance #0-23-13 approving a Redevelopment agreement by and Between the City of Colona, Henry County, Illinois and Glazed Doughnuts & Coffee. LLC.
5. Approve Intergovernmental Agreement between Henry County Tourism Bureau and the County of Henry, Illinois. To fund a Tourism Director Position at the County and Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement. The Agreement is for Three (3) years with Automatic renewal at an annual cost of $2,500.00 per year.
6. Approve the appointment of Brian Johnson to the Colona Police Pension Board as one of the City's Nominee's *Note that Brian has been a member of the Board Previously.*
7. Approve the Appointment of John (Jack) Frajman to the position of Municipal Judge for the term of eighteen (18) months with 30 day option notice of renewal. City Attorney to Draw up Contract for services, paid rate of $150.00 per hour Port to Port invoices and paid monthly. Term to start January 1, 2024. Authorize Mayor to execute Contract when prepared.
CLOSED SESSION:
5 ILCS 120 SECTION C, EXCEPTIONS (5) The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired. Exceptions (6) the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.
