5. Property Visit
Mr. Simpson and Mrs. Simpson spoke about the history of their home throughout the property visit, including the woodwork, furniture, and the trees on the property. Mr. and Mrs. Simpson will move out of the house by the end of December 2024, then the Moline Housing Authority (MHA) will take over the property. The HPC will need to coordinate with Mr. John Afoun, Executive Director of MHA, to see what they can salvage from the property.

Motion made by Commissioner Sandberg, seconded by Commissioner Ege to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 2:35 p.m.
