The Moline Committee of the Whole will meet Tuesday, March 22, at Moline City Hall to review two resolutions for this year's pavement patching program, worth approximately $2.2 million.
One resolution would award a $1,307,193 contract to Walter D. Laud Inc. City Engineer Scott Hinton is also expected to present a second resolution to appropriate an additional $900,000 for other infrastructure improvements.
The committee will also review the proposed sale of One Moline Place, located at 600 Eighth St., to developer B. M. Bagby Inc. The company is expected to continue developing the site, which has moved through the first three phases of a new townhouse complex. City officials expect the company to build five two-story, multi-unit townhouses there over the next five years.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
Moline City Hall is located at 619 16th St.
