Moline Public Library Board of Directors met May 3.

I. Business Meeting Call to Order
Runnels called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Platinum Room of the Moline
Public Library.
II. Bylaws Review
The Committee reviewed the Bylaws. Another meeting was set to continue with the
review.
Adjournment:
There being no further discussion, the Ad-hoc Bylaws Committee meeting of the Moline Public
Library Board of Directors was adjourned at 11:01 a.m.
