a. Vote to go into Closed Session for interviews of Firms; Evaluation of Interviews, Qualifications and Ranking of Firms
i. Discussion Related to Interview Process and Evaluation Methods. Short break to allow firm to enter meeting and get set up
ii. Interview of CCS International (9:30am – 10:30am) Break to allow second firm to enter meeting and get set up
iii. Interview of Project Management Advisors (11:00am – 12:00pm)
3) Adjournment for Lunch break (Noon – 1:00pm)
