Because of this order related to Covid-19 public health concerns affecting the State and the City, the Mayor has determined that an in-person meeting at City Hall with all participants is not practical or prudent. Some representatives in this hearing may not be physically present at City Hall due to the disaster and physical attendance at City Hall may be limited.
