Consideration and action on an Ordinance authorizing the County of Rock Island, Illinois, to issue not to exceed $30,000,000 General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the County’s unfunded Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) liability, including prepayment of, and providing a budget stabilization fund for such liability
