City of Rock Island Fire and Police Commissioners Board met May 24.

1. Call to Order
Commissioner Hass called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: Commissioner Hildreth, Commissioner Hass, Commissioner Wright and Fire Chief Bob Graff.

6. Executive Session
At 4:08 p.m. Chairman Hildreth requested a motion to go into executive session citing the exception 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body (or legal counsel for the public body).
Motion:
Commissioner Wright moved to go into executive session; Commissioner Hass seconded.
7. Adjourn
Chairman Hildreth requested a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Commissioner Wright moved to adjourn; Commissioner Hass seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
