7. Consider ARPA Funding Request for Whole Body Scanner for Sheriff’s Department

8. Consider ARPA Funding & Quote for Network Cabling to Complete Office Space Project in State’s Attorney’s Office

9. Consider Emergency Purchase of Animal Control Vehicle

10. Consider Highway Items

a. Consider bids received Friday, June 30th 2023 for Bowling Road District

b. Consider County Aid Request for Bowling Township

11. Consider Transfers of Appropriations

15. Consider Board Member Per Diem/Mileage Report

16. The Committee may enter into Closed Session per the following:

 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) – Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.

 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (11) – Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probably or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.

17. Consider Action as necessary based on closed session

18. Committee member opportunity for brief comment (no decisions will be made)

19. Adjourn
