3.1. Thai Town Cafe Facade Grant Approval
Motion to approve a 50/50 Facade Grant under the Downtown TIF Program, up to $10,000, for Thai Town Cafe at 103 S. State Street for qualifying reimbursable expenses under the program.
3.2. Facade Grant Approval - VFW
Motion to approve the Facade Grant for the Geneseo VFW, up to $3,552.50 for 50% of proposed upgrades.
3.3. O-24-17 An Increase to Number of Permitted Class A Liquor Licenses
Motion to approve O-24-17.
4. ADJOURNMENT
4.1. Move to close the meeting
