8.4. Consideration of Collective Bargaining Agreements for the IBEW & FOP Unions: 2025 - 2027

Motion to recommend approval of the four collective bargaining agreements to City Council and to place on the consent agenda.

8.5. Personnel Policy Manual Update

Motion to recommend to City Council approval of the Personnel Policy Handbook Updates as presented.

8.6. R-24-25: Annual Wage Increases for Non-Union Staff

Motion to recommend R-24-25 to the City Council and to place on the consent agenda.
