      A. Discuss commission requirements including:

              1. Attendance benchmark (no show 3 times and out)

              2. Number of meeting per year (min of 9 with a schedule of 12)

              3. 72 hour cancellation notice if no business.

      B. Establish a meeting to discuss rolls and goals and term limits for commission members

      C. Discuss recommendation and orientation process for new commissioners.
