a. Public Hearing 2021-04- Robert Walker at 1125 8th Avenue- Variance of five feet of the 20 foot maximum height for an accessory building (40’ x 102’) in a B-3 (community business) district. Recommended Motion: Move to approve variance.
b. Public Hearing 2021-05- Bonnie and Jason Tanamor at 1628 22nd Street- Variance of two feet of the four feet height for a fence in a front yard and a variance of 20 feet of the 20 foot setback from point of intersection of property lines at an intersection of an alley to a street for a proposed six foot privacy fence in the south front yard in an R-1 (one unit residence) district. Recommended Motion: Move to approve variances.
c. Public Hearing 2021-06- Heart of Hope Ministries at 1714 9th Avenue- Variance of two parking spaces of the two parking space requirement for a proposed Unrelated Group Family Use (four to five unrelated residents) in an R-2 (one to two unit residence) district. Recommended Motion: Move to approve variance.
d. Public Hearing 2021-07- Alicia Shriner-Hall at 1815 40th Street- Variance of five feet of the 20 foot average front yard setback in an R-1 (one unit residence) district for a 12’ x 9’ attached front yard open deck. Recommended Motion: Move to approve variance.
