Public Hearing 2021-4- Dennis and Trina Gendron at 1826 31st Street- Changes to approved Special Use Permit to allow name change from Kevin Murphy to applicants, relocate 12 parking spaces from existing McDonald’s parking lot and construct new three-bay storage garage in an R-1 (one unit residence) district. Recommended
Motion: Move to approve changes to Special Use Permit.
b. Public Hearing 2021-5 – Sierra Morgan at 4100 22nd Avenue- Consider Special Use Permit to allow children’s and up to high school age activity center/drop off location and candy/refreshment shop in a R-1 (one unit residence) district. Recommended
Motion: Move to approve request with stipulations.
c. Public Hearing 2021-6- Consider Zoning Ordinance Amendments limiting business equipment and number of business vehicles for Minor Home Occupations in residential zoning districts. Recommended Motion: Move to approve amendment.
