Call to order – Committee Chair Freiburg called the meeting to order at 4:15pm.
In Attendance – Debbie Freiburg, Jo Noon, Karen Phillips, Jacki Nelson, and Jenni Swanson.
Absent: Tari Weeks (ex-officio)

New Business:
At 4:21pm, Committee Member Phillips made a motion to go into close session for Matters of Personnel – 5 ILCS 120/2c Exception 1, Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee of the public body. Committee member Noon seconded. With no further discussion, Chairperson Freiburg took a recorded vote: 5 Ayes – Freiburg, Noon, Phillips, Nelson, and Swanson; 0 Nays; 0 Absent.
At 4:41pm, Committee Member Swanson made a motion to reopen the meeting. Committee Chair Freiburg seconded. With no further discussion, Chairperson Freiburg took a recorded vote: 5 Ayes – Freiburg, Noon, Phillips, Nelson and Swanson; 0 Nays; 0 Absent.
No action was taken in closed session.
