In a bid to offer more daycare scheduling options for shift workers, Senate Republicans have taken a step forward by advancing legislation aimed at providing increased flexibility for working parents.According to Senator Jil Tracy, the sponsor of the bill, Senate Bill 3207 allows daycare centers to operate 24 hours a day, offering child care services for up to 12 hours for children whose parents work in positions with regularly scheduled shifts.
